Never be Vulnerable Again – The Complete Survival Course

Whether the crisis is a hurricane, an earthquake, a volcano or rioting in the street, the key to getting through is to arm yourself – not with weapons – but with knowledge.  Look at the devastation in Japan, the despair of the people of New Orleans after Katrina, the shattering loss of life during and immediately after the Indonesian tsunami, the toll of the dead and homeless in Haiti.

And then there is the aftermath. If there was any advance warning at all, then it is likely that the shelves of the stores in your neighborhood have been stripped bare. I hope you have emergency food supplies stored to see you through the first week or so until the government gets the lights back on and the community can start picking up the pieces. But what if the crisis lasts longer? What if there is no government to get the lights back on? What if there is no-one around to restock the shelves? You don’t think that will ever happen? Maybe not. Probably not. But what if…

It doesn’t matter whether you think the country is on its way to hell in a handbasket or you just want to set aside some provisions and supplies against a rainy day, the point is, it is wise to be prepared and it doesn’t have to cost the earth.

Its hard to visualise just what you might achieve when prepping on a budget, but this little youtube video gives you a visualisation of what you might add to your stores with just $50 to spend at the Dollar Tree.
